It's hard to pin down exactly which last in the line of final evers it was, there were so many!
By my count & the year, Phil Hendrie did this parody around the time of Mike Siegel's reign between Art's second and third retirements -
The third lapsed into a semi retirement when he came back to do weekends & fill ins for George. IIRC, the last three came in 2010, 2013 and 2015
I can't think of any other radio show host who amplified his well renowned reputation by repeatedly retiring.
