What the heck is Endeavour doing right now?

HERE is what NASA would have us believe is really going on. Something about a 'space robot' named Dexter.

Can i ask why the gov is encouraging the privatization of space exploration with all that secret stuff up there? Do they plan to tell us about it before we find it - or don't they expect us to ever get that far?

They are not encouraging any private space ventures. Ask Bob Bigelow who has to use russian rockets to get his stuff up there.

Another 10 years and we'll be seeing huge "Pepsi" banners flashing down on us from orbit. How does NASA plan to keep this stuff a secret?

All space shuttle flights will terminate between 2010 and 2012. NASA will then maneuver to keep any other public launching unlikely at best.

I would guess that any rockets launched after that time frame will be from Ronald Reagan BMDTS, Australia or China.

Even Bush's supposed moon mission is being diverted to L1 (Lagrange Point 1).

In a few days here it will be March 24, day fifteen for Endeavour and time for her to come home.

The time it takes to deorbit and land at Kennedy Space Center is 35 minutes.

But from the time she undocks from the ISS it will take her over 40 hours to land at the Space Center.

Why?

Because she has onloaded a lot of supplies from Russian Progress rockets that came up just before she arrived at the ISS.

She also has to deliver some astronauts to other Space Platforms.

Endeavour is going to be a very busy Space Shuttle getting all that work done before deorbiting.

Remember how there is usually 5 to 7 astronauts aboard the Shuttle. Well there are officially 10 seats. There are probably 3 or 4 more, so while NASA keeps our eye on the 7 astronauts, there are 6 or 7 more astronauts going up and down which you aren't supposed to know anything about.

And the Space Shuttle isn't the only vehicle that takes Astronauts up to the platforms. They also launch in Titan 4's.

And there are other space vehicles also. This vehicle was spotted over Ireland on descent to somewhere near or at Macrahanish. The vehicle was reported to be at least 10 times the size of a Boeing 747:
