On the subject of Steven Moran's amazing "flying something" that Art Bell had Keith Roland post on the old Art Bell web site back in September of 2001:

The photo (according to Art who talked about this on the program at the time) was taken AFTER the towers collapsed.

In contrast, ... the infamous "WTC BOGEY" shot across the Manhattan skyline at the moment that the second plane was crashing into the second tower.

The two items were photographed nearly one hour apart from each other.

So far, ... I haven't come across any other photos of Steven Moran's amazing "flying something", ... other than the one that Art posted back in 2001.

Here's another shot of a helicopter at the WTC on that day.
It's hovering in roughly the same area that the big anti-gravity Tic-Tac was hovering in the San Antonio News & L. A. Times shots.

Can a rescue helicopter look like an anti-gravity Tic-Tac?
