After listening to this several times, it sounds like Ian is drunk. Does he drink? This is really out of sorts for Ian to behave this way. This is really strange!!

Could be medication-related. Seems to me that in listening to him a week or so back, he was sick and sounded congested. Maybe he's taking some medication that affected him. Hopefully he was not drunk while on the air because that'll land him into problems with the FCC.

No, I missed that part. To be honest, I have the radio playing in background and I just switch between sleeping and waking. The shows normally start at 1:00AM where I live, so there is a lot I miss (unfortunatley). Sometimes I do hear things that make me wakke-up more and ask myself (Did he REALLY SAY THAT?!?!!?) and I'll listen-in more. I'm hoping it's not drinking though.......

Isn’t Ian a pastor or something like that? I just can’t get this out of my head. Someone as intelligent as he rambling like that is really very disturbing.

Just kidding.

I have an employee who has diabetes, and when his blood sugar gets really low he will slur his words. I hope he is ok.

OK. That was weird. Come to think of it, I did hear it (while coming out of a dream) but, in that context, it didn't faze me too much.........

Ian addressed this at great length in the first hour of last night's program, talking with hypnotist and consciousness expert Rick Collingwood. According to him, he wasn't drunk, not on drugs, and he finds it as freaking weird as everyone else. I've posted a clip here (about 10 mins.).

I didn't think he was drunk and after listening to Bills recording I am glad I was right. I have to say George Noory handled this well, he was a class act ! I just feel he should be acknowledged for that.

Wow. That was bizarre. Thanks for the clip, Bill. That helped to put it in perspective. (And I agree that George handled it well.) I just hope Ian's OK. I'm worried about him.
