Why is FEMA in action like mating elephants?

Because it's usually done with a lot of screaming & holering, and takes about two years to produce results.

No joke here; donate to www.redcross.org

FEMA took the heat and New Orleans officials gave the American Red Cross the cold shoulder.

Was this a joke? One mile away they sat in force NOT related to FEMA. Their convoy HAD food and water.

The joke was; "You can't go in. You will only add to the confusion." May those dedicated volunteers have an M1-A1 Abrams tank donated soon. We'll transport the tank for free! We'll fuel it up!

I just got back from Texas helping our major trucking company deliver our 11th load of donated goods. Also not a joke related to FEMA.

1,316.9 miles in 23 hours,...........
