oh sweet, that looks great. I have been doing some raised beds as well... how are you managing drainage for them? Would like to see some closer shots please.

The barriers have slots in them, so it's basic roof drainage. Only 4" of medium to work with.
It's on the roof of the Big Carrot on Danforth on Toronto.

The chefs use some herbs they grow, but it's separate from the rest.
It's an experimental community garden under the Seeds of Hope Foundation. Basically were planting different things to see what works and what doesn't, trying different soil/manure mixes, watering techniques and the like. Also to try and get more people interested in growing their own food.
Everything is non-GMO.
