:D - I love unadultered snapshots most of all, but sometimes I just can't help myself! How many 'boats in the marina' shots can we look at???

Nice pics, all. :cool:

Moderately HDR'ed images are closer to how people see things, IMO. Our eyes detect and receive the light and our brain does the hdr processing, if needed.

Those above are not retouched, but I do use HDR sometimes... a lot less now, not sure why. I just like the raw process of taking an image that represents what I see.

I used to use a 35mm film camera, a Nikon Spotmatic F, and shot thousands of images with that. I try and treat my dSLR the same, take lots of shots, but what you get is what you get.
