You bring up an interesting point. The broadcast emanates from his studio in Pahrump. It's then sent back to Washington by VSAT. So in theory, Art could take an output off his console and feed it to a local server for mass distribution. The only thing holding him back would be the cost of the stream service. Bits cost money.

he has told us he signed a 2 year non-compete, which would include giving away the show afaic. He has to do it with sirius, or not at all.

Art originally told me that he could return as early as Monday.
Now he is saying that he is ready to return tonight but that is dependent on SiriusXM.
