9-3-2013 – Dr. Heiser and Art will be discussing UFOlogy, Extra-Terrestrials, MJ-12, Ancient Aliens and Intelligent Design.

BIO:

Mike Heiser is a scholar in the fields of biblical studies and the ancient Near East. He is currently the Academic Editor for Logos Bible Software in Bellingham, WA, and serves as an adjunct professor at three colleges and universities. Mike has a PhD in Hebrew and ancient Semitic languages, along with two masters degrees in biblical studies and ancient history. In 2005 he was named one of FATE Magazine’s 100 most influential people in ufology.

Mike is a well-known critic of ancient astronaut beliefs and for having the Majestic documents tested by a computational linguist for authenticity. He is also known for his supernatural thriller, The Façade, which focuses on how an ET disclosure might impact traditional religious beliefs and how the alien question might be related to ancient texts, including the Bible. He maintains three blogs: NakedBibleBlog.com, PaleoBabble.com and UFOReligions.com.

Yes, he's good, imho. He says stuff, and then cites stuff in support of the stuff he says. At the very least he's intelligent.

I guess for all his stuff it wasn't enough to draw a crowd here, eh?

Maybe we'll see more folks show up for Whitley tonight?

It looks like he's breaking it up tonight w/ Hoagland on the first hour followed by Strieber. This is a good idea. These three hour interviews are just incredibly boring.

There's some new inscrutable space photos from Hoagland on Art's website. ;)

Would you believe I got to see Hoagland at a local conference on "God, Man and ET" about a decade ago? Interestingly enough, looking back at my review I see Michael Heiser was one of the panelists.

An entertaining performance by Hoagie overall, as I recall, with him getting into it with Hugh Ross being one of the lowlights.

Mebbe Art could do a few panel style interviews to break up the monotony of the three hour one-on-ones eh!

Michael was one of several guests who were kind enough to drop by the Dark Matter XM forum while Art was still on air.
