Not to mention Geo-engineering(chem-trails). We are all being sprayed with vast amounts of aluminum and barium , in the name of saving us from "global warming", just go get a hair sample and see what ya got floating around in you. Can't be very good for the bees, either. :(

Einstein was a smart guy, maybe the smartest guy ever. So when he said that the disappearance of bees would lead, within four years, to the disappearance of humans, people took notice.

"If the bee disappears from the surface of the earth, man would have no more than four years to live."

Problem is, the famed physicist never said it.

With colony collapse disorder leading to unexplained and sometimes dramatic declines in commercial bee colonies in 35 states, that didn’t stop the frequent recycling of the quote, which was first written down about 40 years after his death in 1955.

“You can’t always go by an absence of proof is proof of absence kind of thing. But with someone who is as well documented as Einstein, who lived in the 20th century, everything he said is pretty well documented and collated,” said David Mikkelson, who runs the urban myth-debunking Web site Snopes.com with his wife.

Like many a quote, Mikkelson said, this one appears to have been attributed to Einstein to lend it an air of authority. As it happens, there’s a grain of truth to the apocryphal quote, and the apocalyptic overtones aren’t far off the mark.

Re: Bee Deaths - Colony Collapse Disorder

kbot reports:

The first warning sign that bees were in trouble occurred in 2006, when it became evident that normal bee deaths had jumped from a typical 16 percent a year to 31 percent. It wasn’t merely the higher percentage that was alarming, but the mysterious nature of these deaths, eventually termed Colony Collapsing Disorder or CCD because no “biological agent” could be identified as the culprit for the deaths. Today bee loss has increased to 45.1 percent.

:(

That's interesting reading the year 2006 as the first warnings signs occurred at that time on domesticated honeybee losses.

The year noted infamously with CCD was mostly 2007. That year was news flashed many times afterwards as the sad story was often reported on Coast to Coast AM by Earth Files owner Linda Moulton Howe.

This was reported to me in South East Illinois west of Albion by my next door logger and SW Indiana neighbor now retired. As a log hauler for 16 years I can attest that the Mid-west's forest homes for "wild bee trees" were fast becoming a thing of the past in the Summer & Fall of 1999! I've sent it to [email protected] three times with the expected response each time, none. News Flashes with dates are just not changeable!

I've been on hold twice with George Noory accepting phone calls for Conversations With Linda. So what the heck! She already knew this fact in my mailings that 1999 would have updated that sad news story by 8 years. :o

Hello Doka! Some threads should stay on page 1 and this one qualifies along with your brief, eye popping post! These days the fewer newsmaker honeybees are just part of an all encompassing "Humans vs Insects-Armageddon"!

New species of insects being discovered are taking the backseat to new "names" of Big Pharma'$ med$, SUV$, pick-up$ and automobile$!😠
