Reports of voter fraud, and of barring Republicans from polling places so as to enable voter fraud, continue to pile up.

In Detroit, Republican poll watchers were prevented from carrying out their duties, presumably so they would not be able to observe and document the fraud that was taking place.

In a Project Veritas video, a witness in a Michigan post office describes a scheme to backdate postmarks so ballots for Joe Biden will be counted.

You get the drift: That widespread voter fraud occurred in this year’s election is plain. What is not easy, and may be impossible, is quantifying the number of fraudulent ballots in a given state in the short time available. FULL STORY

You don’t need to be a conspiracy theorist to have more than a few questions about the election. Even forgetting every story you’ve read about illegals voting, ballot harvesting, or election “glitches” seemingly only benefitting Biden, there are some oddities that occurred on election night that no one can deny.

If the media got away with pushing the narrative that the 2016 election was influenced by the Russians, conservatives should at least be able to ask about these obvious oddities this election cycle without being branded conspiracy theorists. Not like the media won’t do that anyway. FULL STORY

Biden Coronavirus Board Member: I Don't Think Life Is Worth Living After 75, So Won't Take Flu Shots

On Monday, Joe Biden — who has claimed the mantle of president-elect while President Donald Trump continues to contest the preliminary election results — named 13 health experts to his Transition COVID-19 Advisory Board, including former Obamacare architect Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel. Back in 2014, Emanuel published an op-ed in The Atlantic saying he wants to die at age 75 because life simply isn’t worth living after that point. The op-ed isn’t just personal, either — it attempts to convince the reader that death may be preferable to living to an advanced age.


Biden named three co-chairs to the advisory board: Dr. David Kessler, who served as FDA commissioner under George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton; Dr. Vivek Murthy, the surgeon general under Barack Obama; and Dr. Marcella Nunez-Smith, an associate professor of internal medicine, public health, and management at Yale University.

Other notables on the board include Dr. Beth Cameron, who helped create a “pandemic playbook” under Obama, and Dr. Rebecca Katz, who served on the Biden campaign’s advisory committee on COVID-19. Emanuel also served on the advisory committee during the campaign.

Here are three things the media really don't want you to realize:

1. Joe Biden is not the president.
2. Joe Biden is not the president-elect.
3. All we have right now are media projections.

Because they're pushing the "JOE BIDEN IS PRESIDENT NOW SO SHUT UP!!" narrative hard, I mean really hard right now. So hard, in fact, that we're rapidly getting into "methinks they doth protest to much" territory, as if they're really afraid of something. My impression is that they fear the Biden victory which they fervently hoped for, and thought they had received, is slowly but inexorably slipping away.

Because, despite all the media gaslighting to the contrary, the Trump administration is relaxed, confident, and projecting a "don't worry, we got this" confidence that I'm sure must grate on his enemies. For example, some clown asked Mike Pompeo if he was working with the "Biden transition team" to make sure things went smoothly, and he was trying hard not to smile as he answer, "yes, we do not anticipate any problems transitioning to Donald Trump's second term."

In other words, he took their preferred "JOE BIDEN IS PRESIDENT NOW SO SHUT UP!!" narrative, chewed it up, and spat it back into their faces.

So we're seeing stories like this:

Our super-smaht journalismists apparently can't tell the difference between *projected* winner and *actual* winner.

You know what? I think Trump's spokespersons should rub it in by referring to Joe Biden every chance they get as "Joe Biden, resident of the United States."

I know the media is trying to generate some sort of preference cascade by embedding the phrase "President Joe Biden" into the national consciousness so that it becomes increasingly difficult not to think of him as just a private citizen -- which is all he is right now. That's not a bad play for them to run, but it should be fought. Up until the point where the electoral votes are certified, it's just a hollow boast and Trump is correct to make sure this gets pointed out often.

I think the media lying and gaslighting is going to get more hostile as the legal battles and recounts continue. And if one of the disputed states somehow gets flipped red, it will get dialed up to 11. REEEEEEEEEEE!

Nevertheless it is yet another decision in a growing trend of courts acknowledging that only a state's legislature can change voting rules. (And all these unconstitutional rule changes have favored Democrats.) With every decision, more pressure goes on other judges to abide by this crucial constitutional stricture. FULL STORY

The facts are, as of Monday, a full week after election day, Biden is behind President Donald Trump in the undisputed electoral count — Biden’s 226 to Trump’s 232 (assuming Trump wins North Carolina) — with a full 80 outstanding electoral votes in seven states still in a legal fog and unlikely to be determined much before the Dec. 14 state deadlines to report the count to Congress.

The seven states still counting votes, or with recounts ordered, or audits forecast, or credible evidence of fraud or system “glitches” include:

Georgia’s 16 electoral votes under a scheduled recount.
Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral votes under a scheduled audit and a Supreme Court order.
Michigan’s 16 electoral votes with statehouse subpoenas for election officials.
Wisconsin’s 10 votes under a scheduled recount and statewide canvas.
Nevada’s six votes chasing legal challenges for fraud and a Bill Barr Justice Department investigation.
Arizona’s 11 votes still counting and under scrutiny for voter irregularities.
And Nebraska’s one electoral vote in their District 2 under investigation.

That’s 80 outstanding Electoral College votes for which no one can at this point reliably predict a final resolution. How can anyone possibly know the results of any investigation, audit or recount before they have begun?

The only thing that is known for certain at this date is that Biden needs to capture 44 of the remaining 80, while Trump needs only 38. The combination of states to get to either of those totals are a bit varied, but there is one final determinate that heavily advantages Trump.

Of those seven outstanding states, all but Nevada’s six electoral votes are the responsibility of strong Republican statehouse majorities. Why, you might ask, is that important?

The Constitution of the United States provides in Article 2 that the final authority for every elector from each state is solely vested in that state’s legislature. Meaning any final disputes or resolutions of accusations of fraud will be determined by the majorities in those states. And since all but six of these outstanding 80 votes are controlled by Republicans, Trump has more than a good shot at being re-elected.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich cited on Fox on Nov. 9 the legal precedent that where election law has been violated, the court has invalidated the results of that entire vote. Even to the point of switching the result of the election from a corrupt Democrat to a Republican challenger.

So now you know why the left and their handmaidens in the media are so wild-eyed about projecting Biden now. Unfortunately for them, it doesn’t look promising.
