Only Voting Can Prevent the Left's Planned Coup

To all who are sentient and reasonable (a case can be made that Democrats, pollsters, and media are neither sentient nor reasonable), Trump is on track to handily win a second term. Yet, though his victory grows more apparent with every passing day, Trump voters must guard against complacency and resist the urge to stay home to avoid the potential danger to both body and soul represented at the polls by COVID and Antifa.

Though his win may be veridical by the rules of the republic's constitutional electoral process, in today's "new normal," where the left has "chosen truth over facts," Trump needs to win by staggering proportions. Half of America is not paying attention. A landslide will be necessary to preclude accusations of electoral pilfering aided and abetted by "RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA."

Facts are immutable; something either is or is not. That is a fact. This is the reason the left has spent decades transmogrifying the meaning of "Truth" into something fungible. Leftists have succeeded in personalizing "Truth" as commutable with something that may be, or it may not be. In this new version, "Truth" can be anything, true or false, if it is felt strongly enough about, one way or the other.

Americans must treat this election as if nothing has changed in the electoral process and vote as if their lives depend upon it — because they do. It does not matter to the left whether Trump wins by a hair or a heap; leftists have been dreaming of this coup since they apotheosized members of the antiwar movement of the 1960s and 1970s.

Four days out from the Republic's most consequential presidential election since 1860, deep concern major voter fraud may be occurring arises by comparing the two most reliable polls with the numbers that daily, hourly are being bruited about by the egregious American media.

Consider: as of Wednesday, the Real Clear Politics average, being reported daily by American Pravda, shows a 7.5% Biden lead in the national popular vote. But that is vastly remote from today's numbers published by the two most accurate predictors of the 2016 outcome: IBD/TIPP and Rasmussen, both of whose final snapshots in 2016 came closest to the actual result, IBD actually predicting a Trump victory.

Rasmussen has likely voter preference at 48-47, favoring the president, an enormous 8.5% better showing for Trump than the RCP average. Another Rasmussen number backs up its latest voter preference survey. Rasmussen's presidential approval poll has the president in positive territory, 52-47%, which normally would also be predictive of his victory.

The huge gap between today's numbers by 2016's two best pollsters, and the junk polls being touted hourly by the media, suggest the stage may well be being set for presentation and justification of a Biden victory that never happened. This is not conspiracy stuff or paranoia.

America has never had a presidential election more perfectly designed to facilitate wide-scale voter fraud. It has never before had a presidential election where anything approaching the millions of unrequested absentee ballots has been mailed, and hundreds of thousands, possibly millions, have been and still are, lying around uncollected (or, worse still, possibly already collected).

Would Democrats — filled with Bolshevist certainty they have the truth and their opponents are evil and about to destroy Mother Earth — throw all concern for constitutional legitimacy aside and collect, and feloniously vote, enough ballots to convert a Trump victory into a loss? Might they have done that already?

We may be on the brink of having to endure another two-month election night, as in 2000 — but this time endure it in a country whose Democrats can and will deploy their large and well organized violent street thug wing to aid an army of lawyers. It's a classic revolutionary coalition straight out of the history books: intellectuals backed by the mob. If it unfolds thus, Trump's prevailing will require a much steelier will, by him and his supporters, than in 2000.

Lord Sumption — author, lawyer, and former Supreme Court Justice — made his devastating critique of government policy at the Cambridge Freshfields Annual Law Lecture, delivered by Zoom.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the British state has exercised coercive powers over its citizens on a scale never previously attempted. It has taken effective legal control, enforced by the police, over the personal lives of the entire population: where they could go, whom they could meet, what they could do even within their own homes. For three months it placed everybody under a form of house arrest, qualified only by their right to do a limited number of things approved by ministers. All of this has been authorised by ministerial decree with minimal Parliamentary involvement. It has been the most significant interference with personal freedom in the history of our country. We have never sought to do such a thing before, even in wartime and even when faced with health crises far more serious than this one.

Many of the measures forced by the government, Sumption maintains, were probably illegal. He notes that the government has claimed to derive authority for its most draconian measures from the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984, as amended in 2008. But this Act grants magistrates the rights to quarantine, isolate or disinfect infectious people. It makes no provision, he says, for the control of healthy people.

Democrats are panicking because Joe Biden has not run up a large enough lead in early votes in battleground states and they know that President Trump’s in-person votes on Election Day will make up the difference and propel him to victory. Biden’s political operatives have already been distributing talking points and research to delegitimize Election Day results by coaching surrogates to refer to the President’s Election Day success as a ‘Red Mirage.’

The operatives are advising surrogates and media to create a smoke screen by casting blame all around – imagining postal delays or falsely claiming that mail-in ballots that have simply not been returned should be considered legitimate votes that need to be counted. The Coup has been going on for years, no reason for it to stop, even if Trump takes the Vote, it won't stop.

With Trump at least we know he is for the people and his people ARE up for the coming challanges , and there are going to be many, a New Normal is comming, it is in our favor.
