Missouri's last abortion clinic says it may lose its license this week

Post by Doka » 05-28-2019 11:08 AM

The Socialists Democrats are getting a lot of Radical "Blowback" from Their own Radical insistence on murdering, live viable babies and cheering about it. The word is C-O-N-S-E-Q-U-E-N-C-E-S.

Missouri's last abortion clinic says it may lose its license this week

St. Louis, Missouri — The last remaining abortion clinic in Missouri says it expects to be shut down this week, effectively ending legal abortion in the state.

In a statement to be released later Tuesday, Planned Parenthood said Missouri's health department is "refusing to renew" its annual license to provide abortion in the state. If the license is not renewed by May 31, Missouri would become the first state without a functioning abortion clinic since 1973 when Roe v. Wade was decided.

Planned Parenthood would still be able to provide non-abortion health services for women in Missouri.

Now Missouri will be responsible for the deaths of "live viable women".

I really hope the spread of American insanity will stop soon and this stupid crap doesn't infest Canada.

It may be just me, but I think the world might be just a little brighter, without those "women" that want the "right" to murder their babies at nine months, before, during and after birth. That kind of Murderous psycopathic behavior, can only be found alluring to those of the same ilk.

You are kidding of course. There is no such thing in the US that doctors kill babies, as your idol and Kbot would have you believe. Killing full term babies is murder and they would never get away with it. Only complete idiots would believe this utter crap. The FBI would have done sting operations to catch the murderous culprits and if killing full term babies had actually happened it would have made national news for days. Grab a bloody brain!!!

RA............ please. A least a modicum of honesty. Of course it happens.

Philadelphia Abortion Doctor Guilty of Murder in Late-Term Procedures

PHILADELPHIA — A doctor who was responsible for cutting the spines of babies after botched abortions was convicted Monday of three counts of first-degree murder in a case that became a sharp rallying cry for anti-abortion activists.

The doctor, Kermit Gosnell, 72, operated a clinic in West Philadelphia catering to poor women that prosecutors called a “house of horrors.”

The case turned on whether the late-term pregnancies Dr. Gosnell terminated resulted in live births. His lawyer, Jack McMahon, argued that because Dr. Gosnell injected a drug in utero to stop the heart, the deliveries were stillbirths, and movements that witnesses testified to observing — a jerked arm, a cry, swimming motions — were mere spasms.

But after deliberating 10 days, the jury found Dr. Gosnell guilty in the deaths of victims known as Baby A, Baby C and Baby D. He was found not guilty of murdering Baby E.
https://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/14/us/ ... urder.html

This is where things get weird for the pro-abortion crowd. Take two scenarios: Two pregnant women in their first or second trimesters. One has an abortion and it's just another day at work. The second - identical circumstances regarding the pregnancy, is involved in a car accident with the resulting loss of the developing child. The driver of the second car is charged with manslaughter.

Question - how can the operator of the car be charged with manslaughter when there is "no, life"? The law is totally inconsistent. If it's a case of abortion, it's a "right". If it's a case of accident resulting in fetal demise, it's wrongful death.

Look statistically most abortions are performed for socioeconomic reasons, not rape and incest as the pro-abortion crowds frames the argument. What a reason to kill someone. Science has proven that a developing fetus has a heartbeat, can react to stimuli and newer technologies such as 3D Ultrasound that didn't exist when Roe was passed clearly shows images of a small human. That people chose to rid themselves of people due to issues such as gender selection, or a child getting in that individual's way (college, career, etc) or possible correctable health issues speaks volumes about our society.

What, if this is truly a "woman's" issue, then what about al the females who's lives are lost due to abortion. Where are THEIR rights RA? Talk about selective discrimination........ "Sorry kid, I know you're a little girl and may someday save the world, but you're just too inconvenient for me right now........". Let THAT sentiment soak in for a while RA. Statistically, most abortions provided are not due to rape or incest, but for socioeconomic reasons.........

Think the Gosnell case was the exception? You're deluding yourself........

Abortion Industry Negligence Nationwide:
Highlighting the Most Egregious Offenses

Delaware (2013)
•On April 9, ABC Philadelphia news reported that two former nurses at the Planned Parenthood of Delaware abortion facility quit their jobs, citing unsafe, unsanitary conditions, and “a meat-market style of assembly-line abortions.”[1]
•On May 29, Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich and Joyce Vasikonis testified before the Delaware state senate. They referred to the clinic conditions as “ridiculously unsafe” and noted that women were at risk for hepatitis and AIDS.
•In the months since January 2013, at least five women were sent to the hospital with complications from botched abortions.[2]

Pennsylvania

(2015)
•In August 2015, two of the highest volume Planned Parenthood abortion facilities (Far Northeast and Elizabeth Blackwell Center, both in Philadelphia) in Pennsylvania failed inspection. Inspectors found that both facilities were improperly storing fetal remains – in undated bags at Elizabeth Blackwell Center, and unpreserved in a janitor’s closet at Far Northeast. They also discovered unsanitary implements, including unused syringes and needles that had been removed from their packaging. At Elizabeth Blackwell Center there were dark stains on the carpet and on a bench in a patient area.[3]

(2013)
•On May 13 abortionist Kermit Gosnell was found guilty of the murder of three newborn children and the negligent death of one patient.[4]
•He had been charged with eight counts of murder including seven babies who were born alive and then killed with scissors. Prosecutors said that he made millions of dollars over 30 years, performing as many illegal, late-term abortions as he could.[5]

Texas (2013)
•In May, Operation Rescue released a report revealing that 3 former staff members of the Aaron Women’s Clinic in Houston had come forward with evidence of horrific late term abortions conducted by abortionist Douglas Karpen.[6]
•The informants provided photographic evidence (taken on their cell phones) of illegal late-term abortions. The photos depicted two babies aborted well beyond Texas’ legal limit of 24 weeks. Their necks had been cut. The physical condition of the babies revealed that they had likely been born alive and then subsequently killed.[7]
•Testimony from the former workers indicated that Dr. Karpen was committing both very late term abortions and infanticide. Patients would be administered doses of Cytotec, a drug that causes strong and unpredictable uterine contractions, to induce labor, and then he would proceed with the abortion.
•“When he did an abortion, especially an over 20 week abortion, most of the time the fetus would come completely out before he cut the spinal cord, or he introduced one of the instruments into the soft spot of the fetus in order to kill the fetus,” stated former surgical assistant Deborah Edge. According to Edge, this was a common occurrence.

Virginia

(2016)
•Steven Chase Brigham’s Fairfax, VA facility remained closed as of June 2 after an April inspection in which “unsanitary equipment, expired medication and failure to maintain equipment or follow proper patient care protocols” were discovered.[8]

No ,I'm not.

Times Square rally will show callousness of NY abortion law

The event comes at a fraught culture moment in our country. It is a time when Americans can see with their own eyes the humanity of the unborn child and can act to protect that life. And yet elected officials across the nation are pushing laws that allow abortion-on-demand for any reason throughout all nine months of pregnancy.

This January, Gov. Andrew Cuomo asked that New York’s landmarks, including 1 World Trade Center’s 408-foot spire, be lit in pink to celebrate passage of the Reproductive Health Act — perhaps the most liberal, and most heinous, abortion law in the country.

That law, cheered by the abortion lobby, allows abortion until the baby’s due date if the mother’s “health” is at risk. But “health” is so broadly defined in the law that it is hard to know what it doesn’t include. The existing precedent in Doe v. Bolton said health considerations could include emotional, psychological and familial factors, as well as the woman’s age.

The New York law is so permissive that it struck from the penal code consequences for killing an unborn child in the womb. The new law explains why Anthony Hobson won’t face charges for killing 35-year-old Jennifer Irigoyen’s unborn baby after he stabbed to death both mother and baby in Queens this year. New York now counts unborn life as unworthy of protection against even willful murder.

A bill proposed in the Virginia legislature similarly shocked the conscience. That law would have significantly relaxed restrictions on late abortion, with the sponsor admitting her bill would allow for abortion right up until birth — even during labor.

From the Guttmacher Institute - about as Pro-Abortion as you can get:

•Some 75% of abortion patients in 2014 were poor or low-income. Twenty-six percent of patients had incomes of 100–199% of the federal poverty level, and 49% had incomes of less than 100% of the federal poverty level ($15,730 for a family of two)
•The reasons patients gave for having an abortion underscored their understanding of the responsibilities of parenthood and family life. The three most common reasons—each cited by three-fourths of patients—were concern for or responsibility to other individuals; the inability to afford raising a child; and the belief that having a baby would interfere with work, school or the ability to care for dependents. Half said they did not want to be a single parent or were having problems with their husband or partner.

Here ya go Ra, your fearless leader is, concerned that The Last of the women, Canadian Citizens not be able to kill, their babies at birth. Oh, by the way Muslims don't do abortions and breed like rabbits. ........

Wa-La........no Canadians in Canada, no Americans in America, No English in England, No French in France.

Stay on Your Side of the Border, Eh?: Trudeau Lectures Pence about New Pro-Life Laws in U.S.

What is it with leftists? They're not content to turn their own enclaves into progressive dumpster fires. No, they have to try and force their values on the rest of us and tell us all how we should live. And for the progressives neo-Puritans, that means trying to pressure us into observing their most revered sacrament: abortion.

Case in point, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who decided it would be a good idea to set Americans straight on the issue of reproductive rights state-sanctioned baby killing during a state visit to his country by Vice President Mike Pence.

“Obviously, I’m very concerned with the situation around the backsliding of women’s rights that we’re seeing from conservative movements [gasp!] here in Canada, in the United States and around the world,” Trudeau said the day before the meeting. “I will have a broad conversation with the vice president" about abortion.

Trudeau said that during the meeting he highlighted the concerns of his countrymen, who are apparently wringing their hands and rending their garments over the proliferation of "anti-choice laws" in the U.S. "I highlighted to the vice president that there was a significant amount of concern amongst Canadians on the new anti-choice laws being passed in a number of American states and highlighted that Canadians -- and indeed this government -- will always be a staunch defender of women's rights and a woman's right to choose," he said.

With all due respect Kbot, you have allways alluded that babies were killed at full term on a regular basis at abortion clinics. Trump actually came right out and described the bull$hit scenario for you all. And I have read propaganda articles alluding to same. Humans commit atrocities all the time. It's called criminal behaviour and when caught these monsters are arrested and imprisoned. I am definitely not in favour of aborting late term pregnancies but I don't think many reputable doctor's are either.

So Doka, you have nothing against abortion? As per your first response above, you could have fooled me.

P.S. I had already read the Trudeau article. There are some things Canada will just not follow the U.S. on and hopefully abortion will be one of them.
