Here's the scoop:
The film was about one-third of the way through filming at the time of Heath Ledger's death. The film was then put on hold while they tried to decide what to do. They re-wrote parts of the film to allow for its main character (Ledger's part) to go through several 'transformations' and then cast Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Coilin Farrell in those parts. It's co-written by and directed by Monty Python's Terry Gilliam, and looks to be absolutely FANTASTIC! WOW!
