Then more has come out - ahh lipstick on pillow case? and women there, who were missing by next morning as well as several other males who were there the night before, but gone early in the morning ... who also did not eat breakfast.

Sorry but in this case too many unanswered questions that SHOULD have been explored. Since supposedly Scalia had some heart problems (or other medical problems) was his medication in the room? Or was his medical not requiring any medication. Was the rest of the room thoroughly explored - as in police officers or investigators checking floors, under bed, closets, etc.? In short standard operating police work whenever a deceased person is found in a room. Were photographs taken?
