Who is the 'Blackest' Op?
What section of the gov or private sector would you guys term the most secret? What do we know the least about, who is the most above the law?
I have heard many say it is NSA, but if we even know the name of the agency, doesn't that mean there is someone more secret?
Personally, I think there is a largeish bureau dedicated entirely to mind warfare, whose tentacles reach deep into major media, who employ psychologists, marketers, statisticians and so on whose singular purpose is to understand mob mentality and to be able to control it.
Thoughts?

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean someone isn't following you...

I agree... The blackest tentacle, if you will, IMO, would be the NSA. Case in point....
Seriously though.... Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? Does the Shadow really know?

Arent they called NBC or FOX?
Agreed though, about the MIND warfare going on.
Somehow, these minds do meet.
It's all comparmentalised - probably gonna be an international org that does what it wants to who it wants.
Maybe they use dead people like through Spiritcom. Spirit Black OPs agents that invade privacies without care.
I'll bet it gets even more mystical than that.
Of course, fictionalising it through media is the best way to cover those things up and keep the public ignorant.
Black Ops
Hi,
I think that the Air Force having been created out of the Roswell Crash, and Project Blue Book in the first place is home to most of the Black Ops.
Airplanes were Army material, until the project Grudge started and the O.S.I of the Air Force created itself into what we now call The Air Force.
The entire Air Force was created and now leads The Joint Chiefs of Staff - as an arm of The Office Of Special Investigation (O.S.I.).
I have Naval experience, and I saw a patch once from the Air Force that had a Mushroom on it, and the patch was all black - even the letters and insignia and the mushroom was black. There were flat black threads and shiny black threads. The name was a letter and number, nothing that could be read. They wore the camos, black berets, and highly, very highly polished jump boots. It was not the uniform that you see that has been subdued for camo, all of the patches in all uniforms, in all ranks were black.
In the Navy when a project in covert, we have nothing but the dungarees, the shirt with a name on it, boondockers, and the dixie cup hat, no patches. It is just guys sitting around in bluejackets. The Navy coffee is the only thing that is black, but The Air Force can scare the living daylights out of you - we are in a state of military complete panic about UFOs make no mistake about it.

1952
In July 1952 there was the famous over flight of UFOs over D.C., and by November The National Security Agency was created by secret executive order. By 1974 they had a hallway one mile long of eavesdropping super computers.
I am sorry but you wanted full disclosure.

When My friend Steve Elswick received a letter from Anthony English on 04/23/93 Describing the details of the Eastland (Arco) Weather & Speech System aKa "HARRP" they agreed to a test which succeded making it snow in a CO. SpringsPark. What gives this Levity is that the Demonstartion was executed with total success in the middle of JULY!!
Needless to say the bit of Norad being bumped off the air for 3 hrs.
It's All Very True, and Documented, including a copy of the original letter he published and is available.

The law is called "The Omnibus Crime Control And Safe Streets Act Of 1968."
Guess where the vets go to work that torture prisoners - the F.B.I. We have a bunch of former Vets here in San Francisco that are hog wild out of control homicidal maniacs. The Director of the San Francisco F.B.I. gets replaced like laundrey, very frequently.
Heinous attrocities occur every day here. They either do not arrest people, participate in it, or look the other way.
