New Bridge study - only 5% of Howard Stern fans say they'll remain with their current station.
Of course they don't know what their local station will offer once Howard decamps to Sirius - but Bridge exec Dave Van Dyke says his study of 2650 Stern listeners in seven major markets suggests plenty of fans will be on the loose. 23% say they intend to subscribe to Sirius.

Sure, Howard Stern is going to lose most of his audience when he moves to Sirius, since that audience is so deeply in debt that it cannot afford to get Sirius (as well as probably lacking the intelligence to use it). But not to worry! Western civilization did not come to an end when Opie 'n Anthony were run out of town. And Western civilization will survive the media demise of Howard Stern as well. I am sure that there is somebody out there just as coarse as Stern, Opie or Anthony. There always is...

Howard is history... to be soon replaced by Pat Boone, Charlton Heston, and Joe Scarborough.
Boring [yawn]. Most celeb conservatives have about the personality of a boll weevil.
Do like I'm doing. Burn, record, and save. When the country turns into Leave It To Beaver again at least you have something to entertain you on Saturday night.
