This is from the Global Consciousness Project. It's a display of fractal paintings representing the global brain using data from the EGGs that updates every 60 seconds. Wow... it's incredibly beautiful!

There's something else at the GCP website that's new, at least to me. This is a dot that changes color using data from the EGGs to indicate the current level of what they are calling "global consciousness coherence." There's a color scale describing what the various colors indicate.

I'd seen the Basket Observer that uses Java, but not this stuff. Maybe these things are nothing new to some Pirates, but it's new to me, so thought I'd share.
