Is this just missile practice or was this film taken from an original Live Leak video of the recent revenge Iran missile attacks on our Iraq air bases? 
It must be a windless night but the black smoke disappears a bit too fast and there should be drift. So maybe for training purposes this might be CGI.

It's 6 spinning Gatling Gun-like barrels release 75 rounds a second!
