The word policeman implies some superiority or at least the ethics of law, and protecting of humanity.

I'm not sure we're close to that.

Violets are blue
Roses are Red
When I look at you
I wish I were dead.

This was written in my autograph book by an 11 yr old classmate. He had no idea that he would spend the rest of his day bruised, dazed and confused.

Good one Squid! Life is hard and the future ain't what it used to be, so why not share what comfort we can find before it's all too quickly over eh?

Reminds me of the line from the old song, "Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think"

In a somewhat similar sentiment, how about the wascally cweature kwote I submitted as my fave for my high school yearbook -

So there you have it. Have some fun before you go! Variety is the spice of life so whatever you do, shake it up and sprinkle your days with wandom acts of Hoppiness - if only to just say "Nyeeeah, What's Up Doc?"

"I am very optimistic about -- about Iraq. I mean, this could be one of the great achievements of this administration. You're going to see 90,000 American troops come marching home by the end of the summer. You're going to see a stable government in Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government," said Biden.

"I spent -- I've been there 17 times now. I go about every two months -- three months. I know every one of the major players in all of the segments of that society. It's impressed me. I've been impressed how they have been deciding to use the political process rather than guns to settle their differences."

VP Joe Biden...........

Followed by Ronald Reagan's "There you go again......"
There you go man, keep as cool as you can. Face piles and piles of trials with smiles. It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave. And keep on thinking free. (Moody Blues)
