Las Vegas is haunted by several rather well known ghosts. One of these is Benjamin "Bugsy" Seigel, who used Mob money to build Vegas and the first hotel/casino called, The Flamingo. Bugsy's friends, Meyer Lansky and "Lucky" Luciano were NOT very impressed. On June 20, 1947, while relaxing in the Hollywood home of his lover, Virginia Hill, "Bugsy" was exterminated by persons unknown as a hail of bullets blasted thru the window and into his body and head. His killer(s) were never caught.
He is interred at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in LA. On his grave, it gives his name, the dates of his birth and death. To the left of that on the same plaque are the following words: "In Loving Memory From The Family"

(Note: I am wondering of the dedication on his grave is from his real family or from his "Mob family", i.e., Lucky Luciano and Meyer Lansky.)
However, some people have claimed to see or feel Bugsy's restless ghost at the old Flamingo. It is possible that the founder
of Vegas has taken up permenant residency.
