Coast to Coast AM's ratings continue to plummet!

Got some news from a VERY good source that Coast to Coast AM currently has the lowest listenership since 1992. (when Art was small)

The ratings for C2C are so bad, that sponsors may soon be pulling their products.

Looks like the end is near. And 110% of the reason is the dumb-ass host, George Noory. He's as inept as dirt.

Inept is the perfect word to describe the tool, George Noory:

Not surprised, I don't need a source to tell me the ratings and listenership has tanked, all you have to do it listen to George Knapp, twice recently he mentioned Coast has around 2 million listeners on any given night, that is nothing on a National scale, Art had around 20 million listeners on any given night. Could be those 2 million listeners are on the weekend with Ian, Art's Replay and Knapp.

George's new Scifi show may be his new venture. Who knows? Sad demise for a once great show. On the other hand if C2C fades from the airwaves it may open a spot for a weekly show done by someone like Art Bell. One can only hope.

Let me introduce Jorge. Jorge is the host of HIS overnight radio talk show we like to call the "other" Coast To Coast. The show has no resemblance to the thought provoking aspects of what it once was.

Jorge, you started your show with such a solid foundation. Why do continue to make a mockery of such great roots? Was it the Ouija board that spelled "jump the shark"?

There are no numbers available to the public for C2C. Most (if not all) of the ads which run on C2C are sold by PremRad and run across a variety of shows. They are not sold to run only on C2C. If they were, there wouldn't be ANY ads on C2C.

On the subject of Art Bell returning to do the Year End prediction shows, I'm not sure this is good news. I was hoping Art had completely cut his ties with C2C, which is a complete loser of a show these days and a total dead-end career-wise for anyone in radio. I was hoping Art had plans to go in an etirely new and different direction. I guess not.

I would never second guess Art Plainman, if he does New Years that would be great, 2009 is new year and you know Art, Mysterious and Reassuring.

Yes, but why should Art lend his immense credibility to a pathetic show like C2C and a horrendus host like George Noory? It only prolongs the agony.

Understand what you're saying, but the fact is we haven't heard Art in a long time, I would prefer to hear him elsewhere but want to hear him nonetheless.
