Hello my friends and fellow Coast to Coast AM fans,

It's time for the third annual Coastie Awards ! For the past two years, we've culled the vast reaches of C2C's hardcore fanbase, from the big name message boards / forums to yahoo and myspace groups, and all points in between, to join together under the common cause of determining the best of the best for Coast to Coast AM for the past year.

We hope that you will join us in this year's festivities.

Voting is open now and ends on 12.29.6 @ midnight ET. Winners announced on 12.31. Below is the ballot, followed by how to vote and rules, and then some resources you can use to refresh your memory of C2C in 2006.

Rules ::

To vote, simply copy the ballot and paste it in an email with your choices to [email protected] .

Your e-mail address will be used only for collection of Coastie votes and will not be sold, traded, or added to a mailing list.

Elligibility :: Any episode / guest occuring in 2006 (up to 11.30) and any December of '05 eps.

Voting begins on 12.1.6 and ends on 12.29.6 @ midnight ET. Winners announced on 12.31.

Newcomer of the Year is eligible only for guests appearing for the first time ever on C2C during this year's voting period.

The Coaster can best be described as Worst Episode/Guest, Most Embarassing Episode/Guest, Most Unintentionally Hilarious Episode/Guest.

You may vote for a specific guest or specific episode for "Topic Specific Awards".

You may skip an award if you do not have a choice for that award.

The more votes, the more legitimate the awards are, so spread the word please.

Hoagland earned his own award by virtue of the sheer number of appearances he had last year (the 1st year for "The Hoagie") and this year as well.

If you're not a Hoagland fan, you can always give him the nod for "The Coaster".

Too bad the stinklink archives don't go back for the entire year with the membership. That would be great if someone could go back and listen or re-listen to the nominees and the winners.

Back in the day when Art had the archives up for free they went back several years.
