Medieval African possibly found buried in England

Forensics experts at the University of Dundee Scotland say that the bones most likely belonged to a man from modern-day Tunisia who spent about a decade living in England before he died.

There's also been some indications that copper native to only the middle part of North America was traded for Egyptian pottery, which was found - oddly enough - in middle North America. So either people had Time Travel a lot sooner than we will have or there was lots of oceanic exploration and many trade routes, in antiquity.
