At One Time Didnt Art Have a Cat Named Shadow??? I Cant Recall but it seems like he had a Cat Named Shadow before he moved over seas?? on Hamcams.com under carl Richardsons HamCam Window it shows shadow died this year!! wasnt Shadow Arts Cat?? Thanks

Yeti is shown in the picture at the link, along with Abbey, Shadow, Comet. But, there seems to be another cat....one he has with him now. I don't think he has Dusty living with him any more, but another cat which is kind of a mixed tabby, that he got after Dusty?

Art's three cats now are: Yeti, AbbyDos, and Dolly. Dolly was found by Airyn and Art on the streets of Manila, and they fell in love with her and brought her back along with Yeti and AbbyDos.

Art did have five cats before he went to Manila. One of those, Shadow, went to the home of the Richardsons, Art's brother- and sister-in-law (Sharon is Airyn's sister). Shadow passed on recently at the age of 12 and maybe 13. I shall post another message with a pic of Shadow.

Here is a picture of Shadow, who had a very loving home with Carl and Sharon and their other beasties. The name Dusty sounds familiar but I don't have a pic anywhere, maybe another pirate does ??

What happened to the former wild cat, Comet?

I recall Dusty was a kitten Art got in 2004. Maybe given away before moving to Manila?

Thanks for those pics, Jim, I've added them to my Art's Cats File.
Many pirates save Art's broadcasts, I save pictures of his cats.

Apparently, Dusty and Shadow were adopted out when Art left the country. Comet would be quite old by now, I believe, were he still alive, and likely he has gone to Cat Heaven via the Vet's needle sometime in the past. I am speculating about this, and again, another Pirate may have the answer to that.

Art's first cat was Ghost. She was under Art's home, and he had to set a trap to catch her. Then, They took Ghost to the Vet, and tests revealed that she had Feline Leukemia, and had to be put down. Art was so sad, that he went to the SPCA, and adopted Shadow. (Shadow of Ghost).

Then, on the show, Art asked folks to donate to that SPCA, since it needed money, and they raised a ton of money, and they added a new cat wing to the place, and with a dedication plaque to little Ghost.
