The only banks that hold paper today are the small independent banks and loans are still available through them plus credit unions who also hold their own paper.

The last few days I've been thinking about her and Bell and now am hoping that's what the 20th is about.

Now is a good time.

When the big guys make a loan and it's bought up that money is used to make another loan and as I mentioned that is not happening.

Hi Jan, welcome to the ORR.....yes I agree and am hoping that Art has Fitts or someone like her on as a guest on the 20th.

It's the reason why the "bailout" plan has a hard way to go: nobody wants to take a chance, believing that things will get better. All the more reason to do something now that stands a chance of getting things moving. It's a crisis of confidence more than anything else.

Well, unfortunately I think I need to bow out--and get ready for the Working World tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of the show.

Sorry about not being clear. It's Paglini I've been hoping would come on with Bell. I like her attitude.

The mechanics of money aren't that interesting to me. Even if all the money in the world goes down a black hole. What's interesting is what we decide to do about the coming big, deep, dark crisis.

Can we work together to stem the dark tide? at least for a while. Can we work against panic? I think we can do good spiritual work. The coming dark times demand it.

I would like to hear Paglini again but think the economy is more important right now and would like to hear about it from a perspective other than MSM......would be great if Art has her on for the first hour.

I also wrote to Art asking him for a show with Evelyn Paglini if/when he hosts again. She has foreseen so many things correctly. I think she predicted that the housing bubble would burst as well as the Calif. fires, etc. I am not much of fan of the EVP people that were scheduled for the last time he was on live. They weren't on and I wasn't devastated. Maybe I am wrong and everyone else but me loves them. I find the over and over and over replays of said ghost voices boring. Their shows just drag for me. Art is too good to fritter his time away with less than something really good. Art is the best there ever was or ever will be and I will always look to him for the best, most entertaining and most informative shows.

Oh, how cool to read that Art will be on next Friday. I'm glad the time between him being on is not so long this time!
