McDonald seems to be a very well informed individual. But I am tired of hearing ABOUT the aliens; I want to SEE them (from a safe distance, of course...)

:D
Me too, Joe! I'd like to at least see an UFO!

Well, shoot. He appeared as an injured soldier on M*A*S*H once. They just humored him along and sent him off in an ambulance. Can't remember whether they gave the good father shot at him.

Thanks everyone. My pleasure being here and listening to Art - thanks to Shirl.

As far as losing your "N"--no biggie. Who cares about stuff like that - spelling - etc. I feel like the important thing is to be understood and enjoy the companionship while listening to Art.

i once was told that we should give to those vagabons on the side of roads asking for handouts. that they could be Jesus in disguise. and i did... until i read an article in a local paper with a few of them saying that that is how they earn their living in life... they drive cadillacs and live in homes better than mine....and i stopped giving of late... as i drive past them now, these vagabons are getting a little bit mad and irritated at the drivers that won't give to them.... they need to understand the US is in the throws of a bad economy right now. things are getting tight :(.

I am sorry to say that I agree with you 100%. I have lost all sympathy for free loaders. Oops back to topic.

I was in Wal Mart one day this week. While walking down an isle, a man passed by me that was talking on his cell phone.

I heard him tell the person that he was talking too that things were tight with their business, now.

I was surprised to hear that simply because in days gone by, you would never hear someone admit to that, especially in public.
