Pacific Ocean's Marshall Islands radiation levels higher than Chernobyl and Fukushima!

Why is this news now? Since my late grandmother said it was a real bad idea when the USA tested the A and H Bombs in the South Pacific years ago. 
Check out the huge concrete dome covering an old blast creator! That WAS new to me and like that would work worth a damn!
