Thanks HB3!

My hometown at one time had a very large French-speaking population due to the work offered by the mills - we were the third-largest French-speaking city in the world after Paris and Montreal. And even though much of the French language has evaporated, we still have a strong Canadian influence in this area - SE Mass and RI.

So, it was interesting reading through this and coming across many recognizable words. :D
