YES yes yes -- monarchs were back this year -- bit more than last. ALSO hummingbirds that seem to love the flowers around here!

While I don't have the "hundreds" of monarchs -- seeing two-three dozen was very joyful - after a few years of maybe a handful. There are also at least two pair of hummingbirds frequenting the hosta flowers and some of the other hanging baskets near my front livingroom windows. Just hope this is a good sign of a bigger return of two of natures beauties!
