Playing a tape now of McClennan saying that those that leaked this information would no longer be in the Adminstration.
They are asking why does Rove still have security clearance at the Whitehouse. Asking this to the Director of the Office of Security, James Knodell.
BTW....this is no question about whether Valerie's status at the CIA was covert she was, and this has been testified to, here and at the Libby trial.

Wow the testimony was great..................they had a attorney brought there by the Republican side (her name starts with Toe) who said that Plame just worked at a desk and was not covert..........the Chairman used three different authorities comments on the fact that she was covert.
Hope they get Rove.............plus he has other troubles with the email re: Attorneys fired........Impeach.........

Another attorney was with this person sent to testify (forgot her name started with Toe) said that absolutely an investigation by this administration should have been done and it has been done in far less important cases of revealing information.
They both agreed (Toe although not happy about it) that it should have been done according to Presidential order they were reading from.
It is obvious that Rove has continued with a classified clearance for three years now while the criminal investigation was going on and his clearance should have been suspended during this time.

The Administration's security Director was as one Senator put it the "fall guy" and you could see it on his face. Kinda felt sorry for him.....he looks like he is not at all happy that Bush/Cheney and Rove put him in this position............He said he was a career employee not appointed but his ultimate boss is............his testimony seemed to bother him greatly.............I watch his hands figiting...........
