C'mon, Clatu. :)

I was surprised I turned up near the middle.

I was surprised I didn't score more left. Probably due to an increasing distrust and disgust with government - even as enforcer and equalizer of social policies. We could operate with about 30% of the gov't we have... Kick it back to the states.

The republic - long may it live.

Agree with SL (before she edits her post on me . :D )

Thank you, Iris. I not only found this exercise great fun, but informative too. Like Linnea, I had NO IDEA I would fall in the center. But..who said it first. Joolz?...we are much closer in ideology than we realize. Even us fascist witlings. :D :D :D

It was a great thread. And it performed a great service.

Thank You, Iris. Loved it.

Forgive me because I have not been replying @ politics here, even My kind of politics. Too depressed, to be vigilant.

We have 3 nutbars all talking to God or Ego, and our planet could be destroyed or @ least made rather unlivable.

Use mindblast to neurealize the 3 Nutbars. N. Korea, Iran, and USA., to command PEACE!

We (USA "Real People") are "terririst"s. Seems so to me 'cause we are the surveiled. Yes?

We ( the REAL PEOPLE) those nonelite, are the People we have been waiting for!

May be a while before you hear me here in politics, maybe I will be back soon. What I say is only nothing, a thought inthe wind. :D

Love you all, just too depressed by the fate of our planet in the hands of bug-ass Nutbars.
Thats all.:)

Small rant Miss Y'all!

Lower Soapbox, please!
Thanks!

Vigo -- no the test doesn't bother "fence sitters" - what it does is make everything black/white and as we all know there are shades of gray.

A very old example:
A shoots and kills B.
what do we do with A?
automatically put in jail / pat on the back

Think about it - because thats the way the questions went. No explanation, no reference to situation - pure black and white answers. Without knowing why A shot and killed B - we cannot say one way or the other what should be done if anything. There were some questions where the answers could have been either/or or a third choice of study situation before deciding. As in the example without the background knowledge - can anyone truly say which answer is correct or how it will be interpreted by the questioneer?

===
It was an interesting "test" - but I wonder if there is a full explanation for why they didn't have that "shade of gray" area as a possible answer.

My guess is just that it would be too difficult to calculate the answers in "shades of grey" with whatever app they're using to do the calculations. This is just an internet test... and all in fun... nothing binding. If it was an official poll or something similar used to create statistics that could be used by the government or any other such entity, it'd be different. But it isn't. No biggie, IMO.
