Do not attribute anything extraordinary to this series of events. Quite likely, they are disconnected and not what most of us would love to believe.

In no way should this be construed as fuel for the trusty plan community. However, that said, it is interesting.

U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr meets with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell today.

There are no immediate reports on the intents or purposes of the meeting, and with all things Barr does the meeting provides multiple ways of looking at it.

If investigative findings were ever going to bring sunlight upon the corrupt machinations at the gateway to the swamp, the DOJ would eventually have to have a conversation with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell about the corrupt activity of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI). Is this that? Likely no, but wishful thinking always puts that little element of hope into a series of events…

If the DOJ were ever going to go full wolverine on the schemes, lies, manipulations and known malfeasance of the body politic, who would be the most at risk in that scenario?

The answer is SSCI vice-chairman Mark Warner…. who just coincidentally sends out a statement today warning President Trump about firing ‘senate confirmed’ executive branch officers like Defense Secretary Mark Esper:

Are these events related…. who knows. We can hope yes, but the real answer is likely no.

I dislike Bill Barr with the heat of a thousand supernovas…. not only because he seems to be a coward and swamp-certified protector of the administrative state; but also because he has hidden behind the skirt of Sidney Powell amid the entire Flynn fiasco.

Instead of just admitting, openly and publicly, what is clearly evident for the entire world to see… AG Barr uses proxy entities like Missouri USAO Jeff Jensen to send exculpatory information to Ms. Powell so she can achieve what cowardly Barr is not willing to do with the righteous fury that is warranted. That’s why I consider Barr a coward.

This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening.

Obama Security Adviser Admits Biden Is Already Talking With Foreign Leaders; A Breach Of The Logan Act

Former Obama deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes admitted Monday that Joe Biden is already speaking with foreign leaders as if he is the next President, a move that some believe to be a breach of the Logan Act, the same law that President Trump’s former national security adviser Gen. Mike Flynn was prosecuted under.


Rhodes made the comments during an MSNBC interview in which he slammed Trump for contesting the election.

"We’re going to have the pageantry already of the president-elect announcing his advisory board. He’s going to start announcing cabinet secretaries. The center of political gravity in this country and the world is shifting to Joe Biden. Foreign leaders are already having phone calls with Joe Biden, talking about the agenda they’re going to pursue January 20th,” said Rhodes.


This is the exact same scenario that Obama advisers accused Gen. Flynn of being in prior to Trump’s inauguration, when the former national security advisor was purportedly communicating with foreign officials, including the then Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Flynn was forced to resign after his conversation was exposed by the FBI, which was monitoring Trump campaign officials’ communications at the behest of the Obama administration.

In addition, notes made by former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok, which were later made public by the Justice Department, suggested that it was Joe Biden himself who suggested using the Logan Act against Flynn, although the claim was denied by former FBI head James Comey.

After initially pleading guilty to making false statements to the FBI, Flynn retracted the plea in January of this year after claiming that the terms of his plea deal had been violated by government officials.

The case is still ongoing, and under review after documents pertaining to it were discovered to have been altered.

In response to Barr’s memo, Richard Pilger, the top DOJ official overseeing voter fraud investigations quit, according to the New York Times.

Richard Pilger is a Deep State swamp creature who worked closely with Lois Lerner at the IRS in the Obama days to target the Tea Party organizations.


Richard Pilger, when subpoenaed to Capitol Hill by House Oversight, Darrell Issa in 2014, refused to answer over three dozen questions under oath on the advice of DOJ attorneys.

New revelations in a New York Times report show Trump allegedly has $421 million of debt coming due over the next four years. An audit fight with the IRS could cost him another $100 million. At the same time, he reportedly paid taxes to foreign nations far larger than the $750 he paid in the United States the year he won the presidency and his first year in office.

As announced yesterday, November 9, President Trump has designated the National Counter Terrorism Center Director, Chris Miller, as the Acting Secretary of Defense. Mr. Miller took over those functions and responsibilities mid-day yesterday. Deputy Secretary of Defense David Norquist remains in his position and continues to execute his responsibilities.

Today, Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Dr. James Anderson, Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Mr. Joseph Kernan and Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense, Jen Stewart submitted letters of resignation.

Dr. Anderson submitted his letter of resignation to the President this morning, effective today. The Acting Secretary of Defense has delegated the responsibilities of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy to Mr. Anthony Tata. As such, Mr. Tata is the Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. He previously was the Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Dr. Thomas Williams will now perform the duties of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.

As planned for several months, Under Secretary Kernan submitted his letter of resignation, effective today. Current Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operation and Low-Intensity Conflict Ezra Cohen-Watnick will be the new Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Mr. Ralph Cacci will continue to perform the duties of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security.

Also today, Ms. Stewart submitted her resignation from the position of Chief of Staff, effective today. Mr. Kash Patel, currently on the National Security Council staff, has been named by Acting Secretary Miller as his Chief of Staff.

Acting Secretary of Defense Miller issued the following statement on these personnel changes: “I want to thank Dr. Anderson, Admiral Kernan and Jen Stewart for their service to the nation and the Department. Over their careers each has contributed greatly to the national defense and the future of the Department of Defense. We wish them the best in their next endeavors.

We are now entering the trash-out phase of the Trump presidency. An eviction notice has been served to the real estate mogul who somehow got the keys to the White House. Also facing eviction: his slumlord son-in-law and a host of officials who were directly implicated in causing or profiting off the housing crisis, including Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross. And scores of other complicit crooks and moral goblins.

Trump’s political eviction comes as some 35 million Americans imminently face real evictions, thanks to his negligent handling of the pandemic and Mitch McConnell’s refusal to pass a second round of stimulus. More people will be put into the streets, forced to rely on food banks, unable even to access shelters that have been closed to stop the spread of COVID. They cannot decamp to Mar-a-Lago, or Bedminster, or Doral, or Bedford, or Dubai, or Aberdeen.

But such contrasts in fortune, or love of country, will not sway Trump from trashing the place. He’s never shown much interest in the job except for the pomp and the power to ether enemies on Twitter. He’s powered only by grievances, the epitome of a sore loser.

If it were only damage to America’s house that we need fear, we could accept that coda to this annus horribilis. The British looted and burned the building before, but soon the portrait of George Washington that Dolley Madison rescued was back in, the bullet holes and scorch were plastered and painted over, and the country survived.

Trump has already trashed so many norms and laws and standards of decency that to confront what he might do now prompts both weariness and terror. Accelerate his family’s personal looting for sure. Hand out favors to contributors and flunkies, of course. Pardon more criminal toadies, racists, his family, maybe even himself. What will he do to punish political allies he feels let him down—to say nothing of the governors who stood up to him or the states that didn’t vote for him? Already he’s pushing people out. The chair of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission was booted Thursday. On Friday evening, Trump fired Bonnie Glick from her post as deputy administrator of the US Agency for International Development, which helps global efforts to fight the pandemic. Why? “She was fired Friday because the White House would rather have its political allies in control of the agency than an establishment Republican with actual expertise and experience,” notes the Washington Post. On Monday, Trump “terminated” Defense Secretary Mark Esper by tweet; Esper had fallen out with the president for, among other things, disagreeing with Trump over using troops in a domestic law enforcement role, and being open to changing the renaming military bases that honor Confederate generals. “Who’s going to come in behind me?” Esper told the Military Times shortly before he was fired. “It’s going to be a real ‘yes man.’ And then God help us.”

Who’s next? Likely contenders are FBI Director Christopher Wray, CIA Director Gina Haspell, even Attorney General Bill Barr (okay, I’m fine with that). And which super stooges might Trump elevate? Maybe Hope Hicks becomes an acting Cabinet official—why not? Richard Grenell takes Haspell’s place—not impossible. But don’t let your imagination stop there. He retains the full powers of the presidency until noon on January 20. Though he never paid any attention to his presidential daily briefings, what’s to stop him from putting the nation’s most valuable national security secrets on a thumb drive and hold them hostage or put them on the open market? What if he orders federal troops into Portland or Philadelphia? He’s done it before. What if the next time he gets pissed at Iran or North Korea, he launches missiles?

We face a very dangerous next two months. Trump’s closest advisors won’t even tell him (or do not believe) that he’s lost; they’re certainly not going to dissuade him from further vandalizing the country. The Republican establishment has prostrated itself to him in exchange for tax cuts and judges and to avoid being on the receiving end of mean tweets, but party leaders view him with contempt, and the feeling is mutual. No help there. His kids are complicit. There’s no indication he takes counsel from his wife, and less indication that any such counsel would be wise.

Even if Joe Biden were tempted to pull a Gerald Ford and pardon Trump in exchange for a normalish transition (which would guarantee a meltdown on the left), Trump faces criminal charges and civil lawsuits in state courts. Some kind of blanket multi-jurisdictional promise was made to Spiro Agnew to get him to go away, but here’s the other thing: Trump does not want to go quietly. It’s not just that he has no sense of patriotism or personal dignity; it’s that his brand—his psyche—is built on bullying and bluster. He’s incapable of acting in the greater interest, and he’s not even able to recognize that going through the motions of such sentiments are in his own interest. So buckle up: It ain’t over yet. When you elect garbage as president, it can only end in a trash out.

'Vulnerable to prosecution': When Trump leaves White House, presidential 'cloak of immunity' goes away

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump has long been the subject and instigator of lawsuits, both before his presidency and while he has been in the White House. That will not change after he leaves.

A number of lawsuits and investigations awaits Trump once he returns to private life. Some could stain his family's reputation. Some could affect his business. And some could damage him personally as the protection provided by the presidency goes away.

Trump lost to President-elect Joe Biden after a contentious and prolonged race to win the White House. As of Saturday afternoon, Biden had 290 electoral votes, more than the 270 needed to secure the election after flipping several battleground states that Trump won in 2016. In the popular vote, Biden had 74,857,880 votes to Trump's 70,598,535.

The short answer is that once he leaves the office, his cloak of immunity, actual or implied by (Justice Department guidelines), will disappear," said David Weinstein, a former Florida federal prosecutor.

The Justice Department has a long-standing policy that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted for criminal offenses. Former special counsel Robert Mueller cited the policy when investigators elected not to make a determination on whether Trump obstructed justice during the investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 election.

But that immunity is for actions he took while in office, and "it stops there," Weinstein said.

"He’s very vulnerable to prosecution," said Jimmy Gurule, a former Justice Department official in the George H.W. Bush administration, referring to Vance's investigation, which is seeking Trump's tax returns and other financial documents. "I think the threat is very real and very substantial."

Aside from the threat of prosecution and the unearthing of tax returns he has long kept private, Trump is facing a litany of other lawsuits that could put his family in an unflattering spotlight and force him to provide DNA evidence to the attorneys of a woman who accused him of rape.

He could also be compelled to testify under oath. During his presidency, his attorneys have repeatedly invoked immunity and executive privilege to keep Trump from having to testify, but neither protections will exist once he returns to private life.

Trump is now sabotaging national security to soothe his bruised ego

So this will be President Trump’s parting gift to the nation: He is deliberately sabotaging the national security of the United States.

His refusal to accept the results, even though it wasn’t a particularly close election, has taken an insidious new turn now that his political appointee in charge of authorizing the start of the Biden transition is refusing to give the okay. The delay undercuts all aspects of government’s functioning and leaves the country needlessly vulnerable to security threats.

Transition sources tell me the Trump administration also hasn’t yet complied with the 9/11 Commission’s recommendation that “the outgoing administration should provide the president-elect, as soon as possible after election day, with a classified, compartmented list that catalogues specific, operational threats to national security; major military or cover operations; and pending decisions on the possible use of force.”

“This is serious stuff. We are talking about the national security of the country, and Trump and Republicans on the Hill are playing politics with it,” John Bellinger , a former senior official on George W. Bush’s National Security Council, told me. “The loss of time in a truncated transition really does pose a threat to the national security of the country.”

Transitions are difficult in the best of times. President-elect Joe Biden needs to tap 4,000 political appointees, including 1,250 who need Senate confirmation, according to the Partnership for Public Service’s Center for Presidential Transition. He’ll also need to draft a $5 trillion budget and take charge of 2 million civilian employees and 2 million troops. Add to that the difficulty of doing all this virtually during a pandemic. And now Trump is denying the Biden team the ability to send in “landing teams” to coordinate with executive agencies, to get personnel in place and to access the federal funds dedicated to the transition.

“This does not have to be a political crisis. The election was not historically close,” writes William J. Antholis, director of the University of Virginia’s Miller Center for public policy. Indeed, Biden’s battleground margins and electoral vote count are similar to Trump’s in 2016, which Trump called a “landslide.” Overall, Biden won by 4.4 million votes (and still climbing).

In particular, Antholis notes, national security transitions are “complicated and dangerous.” It’s no coincidence that the Bay of Pigs in 1961, Black Hawk Down in 1993 and the 9/11 attacks all came during the first year of presidential terms.

A group of former senior officials in the George W. Bush and Obama administrations this week urged the Trump administration “to immediately begin the post-election transition process,” and recalled George H.W. Bush’s 1993 message to the man who defeated him, Bill Clinton: “Your success now is our country’s success. I am rooting hard for you.”

But make no mistake: This delay is Trump’s doing. With the exception of 2000, when the outcome of the election was genuinely unclear, each president has expeditiously authorized his successor to proceed with a transition. Trump is creating one final crisis, destroying one final norm, just for the hell of it. The delay in authorizing the transition will also slow efforts to distribute coronavirus vaccines and fortify public health protections against the virus.

It’s understandable that current Republican officeholders don’t want to cross Trump by calling on him to concede. But if they don’t insist that he at least authorize the start of a transition, they, too, are sabotaging our national security because of one man’s hurt feelings.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has become the George Soros of Big Tech and is using its users' data for political purposes. The media, including social media, is changing the election narrative from no fraud at all to no evidence of fraud at a major scale. They went from alleging the Trump campaign not having any evidence to the Trump campaign not having enough evidence.

The latest lawsuit filing in Pennsylvania is over 100 pages chronicling institutionalized fraud in major Democrat cities. There will never be enough examples of fraud for the media because the media is a fraud. Interestingly several PA counties failed to comply with an emergency order from the court requiring poll watchers to have "meaningful access to serve ballot counting”. The Constitution protects a citizen's right to equal protection under the law and it also delineates that only the legislature of a given state can dictate a state's election laws and to do otherwise is unconstitutional.

Daniel Horowitz from Conservative Review calls in to re-state that nobody is saying to rush into this final election result. It's the Biden camp that is rushing to short-circuit a count on a style of balloting that necessarily takes several weeks to verify and that he pushed for. Horowitz suggests that the legislatures must convene hearings and investigations to shadow the litigation in court and the Supreme Court must cure the ill caused by the lower state court.

USA Today misrepresents this program's commentary and claims to have reached out to this show, but it has not. The media positions itself to prop up Biden and takedown Trump every chance they get. Media Research Center President Brent Bozell calls in to discuss censorship in the media. Bozell said media coverage on Biden and allegations of foreign corruption remain fundamentally non-existent.

The biggest surprise for the mainstream media and the conventional pollsters was that there were a significant number of “shy Trump voters.” Who were these voters? One segment was non-white voters, especially Hispanics but also blacks. Trump received the largest GOP share of the non-white vote in 60 years. Liberals are spinning furiously to explain this away.

The other group of shy Trump voters appear to have been . . . suburban college educated women—the group the mainstream media claimed Trump had permanently alienated. Exit polls from both Public Opinion Strategies and the Edison Poll finds that Trump got half or more of this group. This shift helps explain why Republicans outperformed especially in House races. Even the GOP did not pick up on this.

The National Journal‘s Josh Kraushaar cites polling data showing that a lot of these swingy suburban women voters don’t like riots, and don’t like political correctness. “Democrats who choose to ignore these uncomfortable political realities will do so at their own political peril.” Nah: I’m sure liberals will keep firing dissident liberals like pollster David Shor who tried to warn Democrats about the perils of progressivism.

The real focus among investors, analysts and market strategists is on Pfizer's blockbuster vaccine announcement, the makeup of Biden's agenda and cabinet, and expectations that Republicans will retain control of the US Senate despite runoff races in Georgia.

"For most investors, the perspective is that the election has been settled," Tobias Levkovich, Citigroup's chief US equity strategist, told CNN Business. "Providing evidence of shenanigans and irregularities is required in a court of law. And I haven't seen any."

Levkovich added that the probability Trump is able to overturn the result is "fairly remote at this point."
JPMorgan Chase (JPM)CEO Jamie Dimon, one of the leaders of Wall Street and Corporate America, wasted no time calling for a peaceful transfer of power. Within 45 minutes of CNN and other media outlets projecting Biden as the president-elect, Dimon put out a statement urging everyone to "respect the results," "honor the decision of the voters" and "support a peaceful transition of power."

While off-camera on Saturday, Fox News anchor Sandra Smith reacted with exasperation to a colleague after a pro-Donald Trump lawyer insisted that Joe Biden had not in fact won the 2020 presidential election.

The comments came during a segment on Fox News' America's Newsroom, which Smith anchors and which featured a Republican lawyer who openly questioned the election outcome.

Those results have been projected by every major network (including Fox) and the Associated Press, based on vote counts provided by counties and states overseen by both Republicans and Democrats across the country.

"Remember, just because CNN says — or even Fox News says — that's somebody's president, doesn't make 'em president," the lawyer said.

Footage that subsequently went viral on social media shows Smith, who was off-air and not appearing live in that moment, looking up from her notes, shaking her head and narrowing her eyes in disbelief as the claims were made.

“What? What is happening?” Smith says incredulously, apparently speaking to co-anchor Trace Gallagher. “Trace, we’ve called it."

The incident mirrored a moment days later, on Monday, by the network's Neil Cavuto.

Cavuto interrupted the Trump campaign's claims of voter fraud during a press conference featuring White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany.

As McEnany began insisting, without offering evidence, that Democrats were "welcoming fraud" and "welcoming illegal voting," the network cut back to Cavuto.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa," he said. "I just think we have to be very clear: She's charging the other side as welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has more details to back that up, I can't in good countenance continue showing you this."

"I want to make sure that, maybe they do have something to back that up, but that's an explosive charge to make — that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating," Cavuto continued. "If she does bring proof of that, of course we'll take you back. So far, she had started saying, right at the outset, 'Welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting.' Not so fast."

Trump's campaign reportedly grew furious at Fox News, whose opinion hosts largely praise him, after Fox News became the first major network to call Arizona for Biden on election night based on the votes coming in. (A week later, he still leads there.)

After the call, Trump campaign surrogate Jason Miller called Fox "a complete outlier," claiming the network was trying to "invalidate" votes. The president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, reportedly even phoned Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch to complain.

Trump's supporters quickly followed suit in expressing their distrust of the network, chanting "Fox News sucks" outside an Arizona election facility last week.

Some Fox opinion hosts, including Laura Ingraham, have continued to back the president in making the case for voter fraud. The network's journalists, however, have responded with more skepticism to that charge.

"Lawsuits, schmawsuits," said Fox News' politics editor, Chris Stirewalt. "We haven’t seen any evidence yet that there’s anything wrong.”

We’ve reported on numerous events in the 2020 election which are being referred to as system ‘glitches’ in the media.
Last night we provided another ‘glitch’, this time in Wisconsin, which if reversed would eliminate Biden’s reported vote lead in the state.
