Friday, July 25 2015 - Open Lines (Time Travelers)

Post by Kaztronic » 07-24-2015 11:32 PM

Hiya Everyone!

No in-depth interview with anyone representing "Anonymous" tonight, which as pointed out in other threads might prove difficult for a multitude of reasons. BUT, we do have open lines, with a dedicated line set for time travelers - which in the past has certainly proven to lead to some fun calls. :)

I have to say, the energy of the new show is terrific. This first week feels a lot like the old days of Coast. Electric, fascinating, and unpredictable.

The Sirius/XM show just never felt this way. I remember listening and thinking to myself; "wow, maybe it's over. Maybe this type of program has run it's course." That program frankly never caught my imagination, nor kept me up riveted at night. So glad that's not the case with the new show.

Me thinks this is the real deal, and that it's going to hang around for a while this time.

Art doesn't seem to like Android, LoL.

I think this has come up three separate nights this week.

No one mentions my phone..... ever. I'm a Windows Phone guy :D

Hi Kaztronic, Anonymous sounded plausable, I thought, really neat the guy from Chilie.

Yes indeed. I enjoyed that call from Chile as well :)

I actually missed the Anonymous call and will have to hear it tomorrow. Was trying to figure out how to make a homemade pizza in my new oven. Let's just say I am not a cook!

Haha, funny choice of song after mentioning that "other" program :D

I want to time travel, very very badly.

Although, I have to admit, I wouldn't use it to witness major historic events. I would honestly just want to go back and see a concert which took place in 1970, check out Times Square in the 1970's, and go back to a nightclub I used to go to back in 1994 :)

Wow, I'm sorry, but that was one of the most ridiculous "please turn off your radio" moments I've ever heard. All she managed to do was make it louder, incredible.

Another great show, but what else would it be? I'm stoked. This is almost surreal.

Someone (@Fan) should attempt to email all the members for a proper invite to congregate for some old fashioned, "almost live" action. I miss everyone! :(

It was a good show. My big problem is staying awake , lordy, it is tuff to be an old "geezer". Art sounds great and he certainly is jazzed. Hard to believe his daughter is 8 years.
