I was looking around and I found this site for listening to hams on the internet. I think it's a good place to start.

It features a reciever you can tune yourself.

Echolink allows you to listen and broadcast over your computer, but you have to be a licensed ham. Check it out at
There are several java shortwave receivers on the net. Before Art was back on the weekends several of us would listen to him on Jim and Leah's site.
