Get VOIPERIZED and add "livecbradio.com" to your contacts and then CONNECT TO HIM.. (Both options are "livecbradio.com" when adding contact) leave the port setting @ default (4379) and you can talk to others also connected to him! (Audio quality good) or use it to talk amoung yourselves 
Sometimes he has talk enabled so you can actually talk ON HIS RADIO!!! (Lately though 'transmit' has been disabled (I think too many abusing it im not sure))
If ya get the ZIP download it doesnt install or anything and is quite small and efficent as a text/voice client
