What I Have Heard:
According to some secret sources, I have heard that those in power at the FCC have grown extremely weary of the numerous violations in the amateur bands.
They are reportedly in the process of forming "Secret Radio Death Squads" to hunt down and eliminate the perpetrators. It is said that these Death Squads are being formed from the ranks of former Soviet KGB agents who will have the secret authority to act as judge, jury and executioner.
By secret order, the constitutional rights of the accused have been suspended.
I have also heard that they have the authority to venture into Canada to eliminate certain offending individuals whose signals stray across our international border.
Of course this could all just be rumor. (But don't count on that).
