Very impressive. And you are so low key about it! :D Just Fantastic!

Check out our FF Hams page. You're the feature creature... ;)

Thanks for the congrats guys. I'll see what kind of a picture I can cook up for the hams' page. I still need to settle down and decide on what frequencies to meet on. The K7PP system doesn't seem very busy. And 75 meters could work locally in the daytime. I can't operate voice after 10 or so because the radio shack is in our bedroom. It's only fair that I let my wife get some sleep, she's been very supportive of my radio obsession, especially with the clutter and the cables hanging from the ceiling. CW however is relatively quiet. I have the place to myself in the daytime since I'm taking the summer off. So the best times for contact are during the week days.

At this point, Ken, I don't have a code keyer. They are kinda pricey too. I have seen models for constructing one - however... ;) I can get on 75 meters in the early evening, but am away for most of the day. We should listen in for a few days to see what freqs and times are clear. And - do some signal checks to see what works best for us across the mtns and the water.

I'll listen in to the kay seven pp repeater, and - ya - need to get the tones.

Sandy has a line on an excellent ham shack of equipment. Hope it's a done deal, Sandy. And I'll bet you have the code soon too. Gwen is working on code and feels it is doable. :D

Hi Gwen. Thanks for the congrats. I had to change avatars, that twitching was driving me crazy! My latest avatar is a can of glowing radioactive marbles. I thought it was kinda unique.
