Major Armstrong Rides Again

Post by Fred_Vobbe » 10-06-2005 03:14 PM

The following appeared in the FCC's Daily Digest (6 Oct 2005)

Major Armstrong's experimentation on 42.8 mHz was the start of what we all know as the FM radio band. (88-108 mHz). This group is planning on using the same technology and equipment as Armstong used to commemorate Major E. H. Armstrong's first wideband FM broadcast.
