funny, I live in montreal and am in the industry and have never heard of them. They are scumbag scammers basically. They hire students, stagieres mostly I am sure, and turn out ridiculously subpar stuff.

On August 17, 2010, CGI Group Inc. (NYSE: GIB; TSX: GIB.A), a leading provider of information technology and business processing services, completed its acquisition of Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), a premier provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. defense, intelligence and federal civilian government agencies.

As of the expiration time of CGI's cash tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of Stanley, stockholders of Stanley had tendered and not validly withdrawn approximately 95.2% of the outstanding shares of Stanley common stock. All shares that were tendered and not validly withdrawn were accepted for purchase and paid for by CGI.

Stanley and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI subsequently effected a "short-form" merger under Delaware law, and Stanley became an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CGI.

The transaction valued Stanley at US$1.07 billion and was funded from CGI's cash on hand and existing credit facilities. The transaction had been unanimously approved by the board of directors of both companies.

CGI's legal advisors included Fasken Martineau with a team led by Robert Paré, and including Michel Boislard and Jean Michel Lapierre (corporate/securities) and Marc Novello, Martin Racicot, Alexandre Gagnon and Jay Choi (banking).

Well it "Appears" that the president "Obama Inc." and CGI are building themselves an Empire here. I wonder where CGI got the money to buy Stanley? That figure looks a little familiar.

THIS SAME COMPANY was in charge of 1.7BILLION$ in Hurricane Sandy relief... to date had only sent out 700Million - or 1.2%...

What the....does this say about that company and oh gee the connection to Obamas AND the upcoming ObamaCare --

I must say I believe the Obama administration has taken the terminology "crony capitalism" to new heights.

I don't think anyone is naive enough to not understand it's "who you know". The fish rots at the head and this President is simply incompetent - a peacock who loves to show his feathers and no substance.

I was having coffee a few mornings ago and an individual who voted for him twice is shocked at the ACA rollout because as he put it this is the President's signature legislation and what h will be remembered for. I said Obama really hates politics and all it entails in terms of the structure and time he has to put in but what he does love is his legacy of being the first black President. That is what gets him up every morning to play golf and basketball. The machinations of whichever bill means nothing to him - just his skin color.

I am wondering how many other "no-bid" contracts the Obama's might have made with this same company. Especially since the Obama's have been in office. AND are there others former friends who work in companies that have gotten specials like these.

Where is the monies for the Hurricane Sandy victims? The ObamaCare fiasco - what happens to those who actually might have gotten signed up... and now this ACA is being "FIXED" - yet topic front page on internet fox news - it crashed.
