So that's what they're calling it, eh? I suppose AS an isolated incident it's easy to 'look the other way'. OTOH, it's something to keep an eye on ainit?

For someone who wants to be president himself someday, running up a record of serial "friendliness" isn't exactly a plus - like a Biden campaign needs to see an episode about a lecherous VP turn up on "Law & Order: SVU".

It also depends on who is groping, judged by their political views. Remember what one side sees as a heinous act, the other side sees as an accident that has no merit.

Like time and again taking a picture of your privates, and sending them to women on the Internet?

Yeah, that's not heinous! It's just being a Weiner who simply can't help it that he's accident prone.

Easy to pick on Weiner. just as it's easy to pick on the mayor of San Diego. History shows that the corruption is on both sides. However, to one side it's an event we should forget, while the other sees it as something that should be paraded around to show how corrupt the other side is. Face it, the both parties are stocked full of hypocrites. It's just a matter of time before a politician is involved in child molestation and one side screams for their head, while the other will justify it as an act of kindness. I believe we will see such a thing in our generation because the the party matters more than the person.

Exactly correct - the party/team matters more than the facts.

A prime example would be Bill Cllinton. The young lady was only 7 years older than his daughter yet he is the one the President called upon to bail him out for the 2012 election. The Liberal women adore him.

Indeed, instances of corruption as well as excuses know no bounds. Just one of those gifts that keeps on giving, unfortunately. There's clearly a double standard at work concerning the sexual proclivities of politicians: the question is, how low can they go?

I gotta wonder if defending child molestation is the kind of line ANYONE wants to cross - Then again, due consideration of the matter may well mean weighing the cost of an entire electoral block being lost by putting off the pedopheliac vote! That's exclusionary, donchaknow.

Party before principle, that's one thing - a totally unprincipled party is another.
