IMHO one of the biggest frauds in the electoral system is the way voting districts get gerrymandered. As Squid's vid points out, both parties together use it to marginalize voting blocks with sentiments that might otherwise, having a majority, put in office a candidate whose political affiliation falls outside the big two. Just as it is, the way it's set up the math favors a two-party system but it doesn't have to be that way -
Then again, as it keeps the duopoly going the two parties have no incentive to make the math any different than it is now do they, and anything like gerrymandering that helps to keep it that way IS something both sides can and will agree on...

And any time you see 100% of any precinct voting JUST for one party - start digging! (99% of the time you will find a lot of voter fraud) Any time you see more votes than people residing in a district - you will find fraud.
Fraud is big business in voting these days...
OH ya and still find between normal voting times - when votes are held - that very few people even know there IS a vote happening - until after its passed with a mere handful of people.

Cherry, based on turnout, when you see more than 50% of the voters into one camp, that is reason to look. Voter fraud is rampant.
