Why all this anger at Dick Cheney. He shared his opinion, big deal. Why not be angry at Kerry. Your liberal Democratic candidate is AGAINST gay marriage. If you believe in equal rights for all Americans regardless of sexual orientation than take a stand and demand that Kerry allow same sex marriage...

Forget about it. No one is going to air a show that could be seen as advocating hard drug use.

It's so sad, really. Ralph Nader was a hero to so many of us for so long. There was a time that he probably deserved a prominent cabinet post. But, if he succeeds in throwing the election to Bush for the 2nd time, and as a result we get stuck with a right-wing extremist Supreme Court for the next 30...

I'll take the middle ground on this one. If I could have talked to Kerry, I'd certainly have advised him against the reference to Mary Cheney. It's different with Edwards, because Cheney was right next to him, and was able to respond. Having said that, he certainly meant no harm. Obviously, he did n...

Online polls are non-scientific, but it is interesting that only 4%were willing to say that either candidate would handle things OK. Because, that's probably the closest thing to the truth. Issues we care about will affect how we vote, but if we don't get our way on those individual issues, both men...

Powell says that a complaint can't even be filed until AFTER the airing, and that would simply launch an investigation. Any resolution would come long after the election. However, I'm not too worried about this. From what I've seen, there's absolutely nothing new in this hit piece, other than a new ...

OK...someone's pulling our leg! Did Kerry really issue that "apology?" I've checked every news site along with Kerry's site and the Democratic site, and there's nothing on it.

But...it would have been pretty cool if he HAD said it!

Kerry was just using her as an example in saying he did not believe homosexuality was a lifestyle choice. Cheney did not object to Edwards' mentioning her as his "gay daughter," in the VP debate, but I think he objected to Kerry's use of the word "lesbian."

Here's one from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that I think you'll all find interesting: ______________________ The hard-fought presidential race between George Bush and John Kerry has highlighted sharp and often bitter political divisions within the U.S. What's your view of the post-election situat...

Thank God I was raised Catholic! For all the church's faults, it's pretty open-minded nowadays when it comes to science. I went to a Catholic High School and was taught evolution as fact back in the 60's. The only difference is the priests said it was God's method of creation. In other words, the Ch...

How about Deepak Chopra for Health & Human Services. Or Dr. Benjamin Weil?

Also, this isn't a cabinet post, but I'd definitely advise him to make Richard C Hoagland head of NASA!
